Crochet World fall 2012 newsstand special now available

BERNE, Ind. -- Annie's, a leader in the craft and nostalgia markets, announces the release of a fall newsstand special issue of its popular Crochet World magazine.

Easy Afghans! is a 116-page magazine with 46 easy-to-crochet afghan patterns created in a variety of shapes and colors. It retails for $9.99 and is available on newsstands nationwide.

Projects in the publication are divided into five categories, with patterns written in skill levels from easy through intermediate. Crocheters can select ripple and scallop afghan patterns, afghans for babies, comfort afghans, filet designs, and afghans in an assortment of miscellaneous designs.

Connie Ellison is the editor of the fall 2012 newsstand special. She is the crochet product development director for Annie's products and originally started with the company in 1977. She oversees all crochet pattern leaflets and crochet hardcover books, in addition to merchandising the Annie's direct mail catalog crochet products. She is a member of the Crochet Guild of America.
