BERNE, Ind. -- Annie's Attic, trusted brand of nationally known publisher DRG, recently released a 32-page crochet pattern book, Quick-to-Stitch Shrugs, featuring five crocheted women's shrugs. The book retails for $8.95 and is available in select retail stores and specialty shops.

The projects in Quick-to-Stitch Shrugs call for light-weight yarn, with shrugs designed to wear with warm-weather fashions. Patterns are adjustable to sizes small through 5X-large.

Every shrug pattern includes a set of step-by-step instructions, with patterns in skill levels from easy through experienced. The book also includes a stitch guide and a crochet abbreviations chart for added ease in completing the projects.

Many of the products used in the book can be purchased from local craft, fabric and variety stores, or from the Annie's Attic catalog. The catalog is available in printed form or on the Web at AnniesAttic.com.

Annie's Attic published its first needlecraft pattern in 1975 and quickly became one of America's premiere sources for innovative and classic designs, especially in crochet. The company produces books and patterns for the home, special occasions, gift giving and apparel for all ages. Annie's Attic needlecraft publications and craft patterns are known for exceptional instructional accuracy and clarity, and for brilliant, creative photography.
