Bronnum has 10 years of marketing experience, in addition to experience in software and network support, database management, accounting and human resources. In her new position at SFG she will focus on report and process documentation, month-end client reconciliations and documentation of client service processes and procedures.

She was director of administration for AllMedia Inc., in Plano, Texas, where she helped develop marketing strategies for the retention and acquisition of clients. Her duties included managing the accounting and human resources departments and management of collection issues, insurances and leases. She was also the systems administrator for the company's information technologies.

Bronnum served as the senior administrative assistant to the Provost at the University of Texas in Tyler, and while there, worked with the Office of Academic Affairs to incorporate technology-based strategies to standardize reporting between the school's five college divisions. She holds a bachelor's degree and has experience in account services and production scheduling.
